Below are descriptions of available camps and the final summer schedule will be made available in Spring 2020:

MIGHTY MINIS:

Wham! Bam! Pow! Pop! Comic Book favorites become reality as we create our own superhero identity and attend Superhero University! Learn to overcome challenges, work together as a team and save the day! Discover that it takes more than muscles to be a hero and that it’s character that makes you super!  Come learn what your superpower is and fight the forces of boredom!

SHIPWRECKED:

Argh Matey! Join us in a week of buried treasure and walking the plank! Sun and Fun await as we sail off on a pirate-themed adventure! We will feed the sharks, look for seashells and discover the deep blue ocean! Equipped with hula hoops, limbo challenges, beach volleyball and more! Your campers will transform into beach loving explorers! Bring your suit, cause what's the beach without a little water!

RANCH OLYMPICS:

In our Ranch Olympics-themed camp, relay races, obstacle courses and ranch games take the stage.  As with all age 4-8 camps, kids will take a 40 minute riding lesson with one-on-one instruction.  During this week's ride, kids will participate in riding games and everyone will leave with a ribbon.  Unmounted relay races include wheelbarrow races and a blindfolded team relay designed to simulate the trust necessary between horse and rider.  Disco the mini horse will grace our camp for the week, leading kids in a lesson on leading horses through obstacle courses.  The week will be all fun, but not just games.  We'll save plenty of time for ranch-themed lessons, crafts and activities.

BARNYARD ROUNDUP:

Kids learn all about life on a farm at Barnyard Roundup.  In addition to a daily private horse riding lesson, camp time will be shared with rabbits, goats, ducks and chickens.  Kids will learn all about the balance the various animals play in the circle of farm life.

BIG KID CAMPS (ages 8-14):

UNDER THE BIG TOP:

Step right up to the "Greatest Show on Earth". Ladies and Gentleman, children of all ages, join us for a week full of circus fun! Walk the tightrope, ride a circus pony and learn to juggle! Campers will have the opportunity to play carnival games, participate in circus activities and even discover their inner "showman". The choice is yours on who you will be Under the Big Top!  Campers and Instructors will also take a field trip to the Columbia County Fair to watch performances on Thursday the 17th from 12:30 – 5:00!

RANCH OLYMPICS OVERNIGHT:

Relay races, gymkhana events and obstacle courses take the stage for this Olympics-themed camp. Kids will have gymkhana playdates with games like flag race, pole bending and barrel racing.  Unmounted relay races include wheelbarrow races and a blindfolded team-building relay designed to simulate the trust necessary between horse and rider.  Flashlight Capture the flag and an outdoor movie will top off the evening!  The overnight will be all fun, but not just games.  We'll save plenty of time to learn about horsemanship topics that align with our theme!

VET DETECTIVE:

During our Vet Detective week, kids learn about horse health and nutrition.  In addition to a daily 75-minute riding lesson, the kids' time will be divided between lessons in basic first aid and the most common diseases and ailments affecting horses.  After the hands-on daily lessons, kids will be challenged with a different Vet Detective game to test their knowledge.  The week will also feature a demonstration by a real Veterinarian and a presentations on preventing lameness by a Farrier.

WET N’ WILD:

Sun and Fun await as we sail off on a beach themed adventure! We will feed the sharks, look for seashells and discover the deep blue ocean!
